The
deck railing renovation is coming along.
Landscaping
And we finally conquered
some of the unlandscaped areas - the top terrace, the upper sideyard, and the area under the palm. The landscaping felt was already there from months ago, so all that was left was moving a few rocks. 11.5 tons, to be precise. We went with 2-3"+ rocks so that they could be leafblowered.
Jes drew up the plans, it took us maybe
three half-days together plus a little extra to get them all moved. Because the areas we were working on are pretty inaccessible, we had to carry the rocks out in buckets. Also, 2"+ river rocks don't shovel very well.
Suspension
I spent a morning swapping out the
off-menu rear strut/spring setup on the
3000GT for
Tein coilovers. Struts and springs aren't hard, but coilovers are way easier.
Fun stuff

Slay the Spire is fun but all of the cube-moving makes you appreciate the video game. The progression/unlockable element is nice though. |
